Lav.750.C1*16000*

The 16000 batch was constructed during spring 1974. This model was in many respects a giant leap forward from the drum brake SFC. The unique low and lighter frame, the different swinging arm, the 38 mm Ceriani forks, the 3 Brembo disc brakes, the light crankshaft etc etc made it a very desirable bike and instantly made the drum brake models look old fashioned.

Many disc brake model SFCs were raced in production, F750 and other races, but also many saw the 'tangerine torpedo' as a brilliant cafe racer, which it indeed was (and still is).
